BEDMINSTER, NJ — What U. S. wireless company consistently came out on top in national surveys of customer service in the wireless industry in 2004? Which wireless company has a growing network of more than 1,200 Communications Stores and 23 call centers? And which wireless company offers customers a Worry Free Guarantee®? The answer to these and other questions can be found at Verizon Wireless’ new Web site section titled, “Customer Satisfaction.”

Verizon Wireless is committed to delivering customers the best wireless service – by delivering not only the industry’s most reliable wireless network, but by delivering the best customer service. In addition to highlighting the latest customer service awards, investments and facts, the Web site (www.verizonwireless.com/satisfaction) details customer service milestones such as new call centers or service programs, and provides information about Verizon Wireless’ customer service offerings, such as its online self-service tool, My Account. Newly added sections of the Web site include:

  • The Customer Experience – a quick reference sheet about Verizon Wireless’ customer service programs, including My Account, the Worry Free Guarantee, and Verizon Wireless Communications Stores.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – common questions about Verizon Wireless customer service.
  • Milestones – major initiatives Verizon Wireless has taken to enhance the customer experience.
  • Awards/Reviews – third-party commentary of Verizon Wireless’ customer service efforts.
