How did you become a Test Man?
I started as a technician in the Waynesville, North Carolina store. A job opened up for an Associate Engineer, I applied, and the rest is history.

What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
It is very rewarding to know that I am directly involved with improvements that will ensure the best customer experience.

What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials?
Not stopping till the network has been tested inside and out.

Which traits make you a successful Test Man?
I am loyal, persistent and knowledgeable.

What does “It’s the Network” mean to you?
Customers choose Verizon Wireless because they can truly depend on our network. It is more than just a slogan, it is a fact, and we can back it up with our testing.

Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
To ensure that we continue to have the best and most reliable network.

What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network?
East Tennessee. It has curvy roads to keep the drives interesting, and some of the most beautiful scenery that you will ever see.

What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
The employees sincerely take pride in the network we have built and maintain.

What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
The fact that so many calls are made and miles driven while testing the network.
